  32. I know, I know, I feel sick about it but I am so pissed off. I have had
  33. an Amy of one sort or another since the days of 1.2. I stuck with it all
  34. through the sellout/ripoff. I`ve done my stint on amiga.advocacy. I`ve
  35. done it all mate.

  37. Why should I pay through the nose for Amiga kit when pc ( spit ) get it
  38. so cheap. we have been ripped off left and right by companies
  39. advertising  memory/hard drives in amiga mags which the same companies
  40. are selling in pc mags at 30/40% less than they charge us.

  42. I blame Commodore, in 85 the amiga was a dream come true, in 92 it was
  43. still a shit hot machine that kicked pc off this planet. it still does
  44. more with less hardware than any pc I have ever seen. W95 does a bit to
  45. close the gap but it is still not as good as amigados in any version I
  46. have seen. Why didn`t CBM spend some money on R&D? All amigas should
  47. have 24 bit colour/fast SCSI/virtual mem/16 bit sound as standard and
  48. they should have had it for at least 3 years now.

  50. Escom have made it clear that they got the CBM brand name and thats all
  51. they wanted. I`ve been into Escom shops all over England and NONE of
  52. thier staff know anything about the amiga. I think they will be happy to
  53. let our machine go the same way as the Atmos and the spectrum.
